The General Assembly is the primary deliberative body of the United Nations. All 193 UN members are a part of this and each country can vote in it with each one having one vote. It also has several entities that can participate in debate but not vote on anything. It approves admission for other member nations and chooses members for other UN bodies.
All decisions in the General Assembly require a simple majority while a two-thirds majority is required for decisions on important questions, such as peace, new members, and budgetary matters.
